Résumé
Overview
I design and lead a library and innovation center that supports instruction across content areas. The library blends literacy, research, and hands-on learning in ways that connect directly to classroom goals and student needs.
I collaborate closely with teachers to plan instruction, co-teach lessons, and create learning experiences that support inquiry, problem-solving, and clear communication. The library functions as an instructional space that extends classroom learning rather than operating separately from it.
Résumé Highlights
My work includes curriculum-aligned instruction, classroom collaboration, digital citizenship, makerspace integration, and project-based learning. I manage grants that support hands-on innovation and expand access to meaningful learning tools for students.
I contribute to schoolwide growth through professional development, committee work, and partnerships that strengthen the library program and support both students and staff.
What I Believe
Strong library programs are built through consistency, clarity, and collaboration. When expectations are clear and support is reliable, students are more willing to engage, ask questions, and revise their thinking.
My goal is to design a library program that reflects the needs of the school community and supports students as readers, thinkers, and problem-solvers.
